Blog

An online journal, also known as a Weblog or Blog. Really a kind of public electronic diary. I'm mainly using it as a place to keep notes about what is happing relating to this site and the things on the Internet that I am interested in.

Occasionally I might even be tempted into an opinion or two.

Wiki

This part of the site is not really in use yet. A wiki is supposed to be a collaborative information creation tool, this one is locked down so that no one can edit it except me and it has no content.

Photos

A selection from some of the thousands of photographs Nicky and I have taken. The photos are of places we have been, events we've attended, and people we know.

Mapping

I am interested in digital mapping, and how you can use these new maps in the websites and applications. In this section of the site you'll find information and links about maps and the tools used to create them.

Music

I like music, and sometimes I even pretend I can create music. In section of the site there some articles I've written about creating music using Linux and Free Software.

Software

Occasionally I try my hand at writing software, this part of the site contains pages that describe software I have written. Unfortunately most of it is unfinished as I get distracted by other things.

Subversion

Subversion is a source code management system. The Subversion system on this site contains the source code I have developed.
